The open-plan lounge area features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, with direct access to the courtyard garden.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A dining table for eight is also provided, with access to the courtyard garden.
A guest cloakroom with shower and WC is also located on this floor.
First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. Sliding doors open onto a balcony with views over the pool and garden.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. Balcony overlooks the pool and garden.
Second Floor
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom nestled under charming eaves, offering characterful low ceilings in some areas. Enjoy private access to the sun-drenched roof terrace.
