Upon entering, the beautiful green door with ornately decorated glass side panels opens into the hallway. On one side is a cloakroom with basin and wc for guests use. On the other side is the first of 5 bedrooms which is a double, with ensuite dressing room through an opaque glass door on one side of the bed and another glass opaque door leading to the ensuite shower room. Within the room is a dressing table and stool. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace with a large circular wicker day bed and two chairs with a side table to enjoy the wonderful far reaching sea views.

Down a couple of steps is a built in sofa under the stairs with sliding doors opposite that lead out to a grassed area with two hammocks – so plenty of space to curl up and enjoy a book inside or out!

The open plan living area offers exceptional views through the double height atrium with a bee inspired chandelier. There are two sofas set around 2 connected coffee tables and a large flat screen TV offering English Channels as well as Netflix (via your own account).

The living area leads to the kitchen and dining area. The dining table seats 10 comfortably next to the kitchen island which has 4 bar stools. The island also has a sink and dishwasher. There is also a large fridge freezer, gas hob with extractor fan, built in electric oven and microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler. Sliding glass doors lead to the pool terrace and the covered side terrace offering panoramic views of the mountains and sea.

Steps lead down to the fifth bedroom which is a double with an integral seating area. Within the room is a dressing table with stool and built in wardrobes. The en-suite shower room has a picture window behind the bed with wonderful views down to the sea. Sliding doors lead to a covered private balcony with a jacuzzi bath and two chairs with a side table.

On this level are 3 further bedrooms – each uniquely designed. To the left at the end of the corridor is a double bedroom with unique hanging bird side lights, a dressing table with chair within the room and then a separate dressing area with basin that leads into the ensuite shower room through an opaque glass door. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table to take in the beautiful sea views.

Opposite this bedroom is a separate utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests use.

The twin room next door to the double room has a feature wall with a dressing table and stool with a separate dressing room and ensuite shower room off the bedroom. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with two chairs and side table to relax and enjoy the sea views.

On the mezzanine above the atrium are two built in sofas with a side table to relax and enjoy this light and airy space.

The canopied master bedroom beyond has floor to ceiling glass walls on two sides with sliding doors leading out to the private balcony with two chairs and a side table. Within the bedroom is a swing chair suspended from the ceiling, a bath and a dressing table with stool. Off the bedroom is a separate shower room and a separate dressing room with open wardrobes and a safe.

The infinity pool has steps leading into the pool at one end with the grassed terrace and stepping stones to the sunken seating area. At the other end is a shallow area with two built in double day beds and two flower beds. There are 6 mesh sun loungers with side tables spaced around the pool and a separate jacuzzi with an integral bench with a canopy offering breathtaking vistas.

At the side of the villa under a large pergola, is a dining table that seats 10 as well as a comfortable seating set with two sofas and two armchairs around a coffee table.

A beautiful swing seat is suspended from this covered area as well as two further small swings on the other side for children. There is a portable BBQ for al fresco dining as well as an outside sink and food preparation area.

A poolside shower and table tennis are also provided on the terrace.
