Newly renovated and expansive, Villa Buse is a 6-bedroom retreat just a 12–15 minute stroll from Kalkan’s center. Designed to maximize its panoramic vistas, the villa features an impressive infinity pool, vast sun terraces, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The six en-suite bedrooms—comprising four doubles and two twins—all open onto large private or shared balconies, perfect for morning coffee or a nightcap overlooking the bay. Inside, the villa offers a private Sauna, Hamam, and a dedicated games room, while the outdoor space accommodates 12 guests comfortably for al-fresco dining.

Ground Floor

Open plan lounge with satellite TV (limited English-speaking channels). Doors lead out to the pool terrace.

Dining table to seat 10 guests.

Modern fully fitted kitchen with all appliances including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

A WC, sauna and hammam are also located on this level.

Lower Ground Floor

This level is home to a games room / recreational area which includes table tennis, table football. Pool table and a cross trainer. Please note that this area is separately-accessed from the main part of the house.

First Floor

The outdoor area features a large infinity pool (approximately 10.5 metres x 4.5 metres and 1.5 metres deep throughout) with a dedicated Jacuzzi section. There is a shaded, comfortable seating area, ample sun loungers and parasols, and a dining table seating 12 guests. An outside shower and BBQ complete the space.
