The property is accessed through a gate at street level down some steps to the entrance door. This opens onto a spacious open plan living space with two sofas set around a coffee table plus a smart TV offering satellite channels and Netflix.

The large wooden dining table seats 8 comfortably and sliding doors lead on to the pool terrace.

The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools and a gas hob. There is a large fridge freezer, built in microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler.

There is a separate cloakroom on this level for guests’ use.

The first of the four bedrooms is on this floor, which is a twin, but it can be made into a double on request. This has a dressing table and stool, wardrobes, en-suite shower room and sliding doors to access the pool terrace.

At the top of the stairs on the landing is a washing machine for guests’ use.

There is a twin bedroom on this level, which again can be made into a double if required, with en-suite shower room, wardrobes, dressing table and stool. A glass door leads on to the private balcony furnished with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the sea views.

The large Master bedroom on this floor has wardrobes, a dressing table with stool and am ‘in room’ Jacuzzi plus a separate en-suite shower room. There are two Juliette balconies in this room with sliding doors and a glass barrier so you can enjoy the panoramic views below.

The last bedroom on this floor is a double with ‘in-room’ Jacuzzi. There is also a wardrobe, dressing table and stool and separate en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table from to enjoy the sea views.

The stairs lead to a glass door giving access on to the villa’s large roof terrace which is furnished with a comfortable seating set. An ideal spot to enjoy a sun downer before heading in to town.

The saltwater infinity pool has a ladder at one end for access and at the other end a shallow section with two sun loungers immersed in the water. There are a further six sun loungers spaced around the pool with four small tables and two large parasols.

To one side of the villa is a pergola with a dining table that seats 8 and a comfortable L-shaped sofa together with three cushioned stools set around a coffee.

Steps lead down to the lower grassed level in front of the pool terrace where there is a BBQ for al-fresco dining. The owner has a garden below which guests are welcome to pick vegetables from if desired.

There is also a poolside shower for guests’ use.
