There is a covered parking area in front of the villa which is then accessed up 10 steps from the street.

The entrance door leads into the living space with the staircase separating the living room from the kitchen area. This is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There are sliding doors that lead out onto the wrap around balcony and pool terrace.

On the other side of the stairs is a dining table with 8 chairs and this leads into the living area furnished with a comfy sofa set around a coffee table plus a smart TV.

Sliding doors lead out onto the wrap around balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a table from to enjoy the sea views below.

This floor has two bedrooms; a double with en-suite shower room, wardrobe, dressing table and stool, with sliding doors to a private balcony with one comfy chair from which to enjoy the sea views.

The second bedroom is a small double with a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and sliding doors to a private balcony with one comfy chair from which to enjoy the sea views. The shower room for this bedroom is just across the hallway.

On this level is a second living space with a large L-shaped sofa, built-in fire place and a Smart TV. There is also a coffee table with games guests are welcome to use.

A glass door leads out onto the roof terrace.

The roof terrace is furnished with a comfy L-shaped sofa and two cushioned stools set around a coffee table. There is also a manual awning for those who would like more shade.

A double swing chair is also provided from which you can enjoy the wonderful views across the bay to the harbour and beyond.

The wrap around balcony on the ground floor leads to 4 steps that descend to the pool terrace. The infinity pool is accessed by a ladder and there are 6 sun loungers.

The large dining table seats 8 comfortably with a parasol in the middle of the table for shade if required. There is also a BBQ to enable guests to enjoy al-fresco dining.
