Ground Floor

Open plan living area including a fully fitted kitchen (with breakfast bar), dining area and lounge patio doors leading on to the pool and terrace.

Kitchen includes built in oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Cloakroom with WC and basin.

The villa is also equipped with an Bluetooth music system, a safe, Wi-Fi and a flat screen Smart TV with Satellite.

Guest also can enjoy a game of ping-pong (table, bats and balls are supplied). Also, there is Playstation, XBox for entertainment.

First Floor

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe with safe, and an en-suite shower room with WC, basin, and hairdryer, plus a balcony with stunning sea views.

A guest double bedroom and a twin bedroom both offer balconies.

The house bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC, basin, and hairdryer.

Second Floor

Large roof terrace with cushioned seating area with table and parasol to enjoy the sea views of Kalkan bay. The terrace has also table and chairs for dining with a view.

Washing machine, iron board and iron are situated in the bespoke cupboard.

Outside The Villa

The property features a private swimming pool (approx. 7.5 m x 3.5 m x 1.6 m deep) with a poolside terrace furnished with sun loungers.

There is a dedicated dining area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ for al fresco meals.
