Bay View is a striking contemporary villa set above Kisla Bay, offering truly breathtaking panoramic views across the sea and harbour. Accommodation
Ground Floor
Light and spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The well-equipped monochrome kitchen includes appliances such as large fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven and microwave. A breakfast bar seats up to 6 guests and the dining table can seat 6 also. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV.
A laundry room is off the living room and this contains a washing machine and tumble drier.
A guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.
First Floor
This level houses 2 bedrooms, both are doubles with en-suite shower rooms finished in travertine marble. The larger double bedroom has a sea view balcony which is furnished with a table and 2 chairs. The smaller double has floor to ceiling windows that provided great sea views.
Second Floor
This level is a mirror image of the floor below with two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room finished in travertine marble. The larger of the two bedrooms has a sea view balcony – both bedrooms have superb sea views.
Outside The Villa
A good-sized infinity-edged pool and terrace area with ample loungers and parasols. The pool is accessed by graduated steps. A built in BBQ is also provided, together with a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests.
