Overview
Villa Bahari has been the subject of a full renovation programme in early 2020 and is an exceptional villa offering spacious outside living as well as beautifully-presented interiors.
This fully air-conditioned property makes full use of sliding floor to ceiling glass throughout to ensure that there is a connection between the beautiful interior rooms, the outside space and the surrounding landscape.
The villa's contemporary design and stunning 7 metre x 5 metre pool make Villa Bahari an ideal place to enjoy to a restful holiday with Kalkan's many attractive amenities within a short walk.

Accommodation
Ground Floor
The front door opens into a spacious open plan living area with two sofas spaced around a coffee table with a wall mounted TV and sliding doors that lead out on to the pool terrace.
The well equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, kettle and toaster. The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably.
First Floor
There are three bedrooms on this floor, two double bedrooms and one twin room, all en-suite with a private balcony.
Second Floor
There are two bedrooms on this floor under the eaves, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with an integral shower. Glass doors lead onto the balcony with sea views. The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a private balcony.
Roof Terrace
Under a pergola, is a sofa with two chairs spaced around a coffee table – the perfect place to enjoy a drink while taking in the views. There is also a kitchenette with a sink and drinks fridge.
Outside The Villa
The infinity pool has roman steps to enter the water with sun loungers and parasols spaced around the pool as well as on the extended wooden deck. Under a pergola is a comfortable seating area and a dining table with 8 chairs. There is a stone BBQ with a preparation area with a sink and a drinks fridge for guests to enjoy al fresco dining.
There is also a grassed area with a swing seat and coffee table to relax and enjoy the garden.
