Ground Floor
The entrance door leads into the living space with a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, kettle and toaster. There is a dining table that seats 6 comfortably and sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
The living area has two sofas and two arm chairs set around a coffee table with a flat screen TV and sliding doors leading out to the side of the villa.
There is a double bedroom on this level with a separate shower room just across the hallway. This bedroom has a wardrobe with dressing table and stool and sliding doors lead directly out onto to the pool terrace.
First Floor
This floor has two spacious bedrooms. The twin bedroom has an en-suite bath with integral shower and sliding doors lead to the shared balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small table. This bedroom has a wardrobe and dressing table with a stool.
The double bedroom on this level has an en-suite shower rooms and sliding doors out to the shared balcony, with its own small table and two chairs beneath a pergola. This large balcony offers stunning views across the roof tops of the Old Town to the harbour below and the bay beyond.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs on the landing is a washing machine for guests' use and large cupboards to store suitcases if desired.
A glass door leads out onto the roof terrace.
Roof Terrace
The roof terrace is furnished with a sofa and two arm chairs spaced around a coffee table – the perfect place to enjoy a sun downer before heading into the Old Town for dinner.
Outside The Villa
The partly-shaded pool has a ladder for access and is surrounded by 6 sun loungers with 3 parasols and side tables.
There is a comfortable sofa set on which to enjoy your morning coffee.
The dining table seats 6 guests and there is a portable BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.
