Villa Azur is a stunning newly built five-bedroom villa in the prestigious Ortaalan area of Kalkan, offering uninterrupted panoramic sea views and refined contemporary design throughout. Furnished to an exceptional standard, the villa features a spacious open-plan living area with full glass frontage, a stylish lounge with SKY TV, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast island, ideal for relaxed yet elegant living.
All five en-suite bedrooms enjoy private balconies, with the luxurious master suite opening onto a private roof terrace complete with Jacuzzi and shaded seating. A dedicated games room with a pool table and gym equipment adds an extra layer of entertainment, while outside a spectacular 13-metre infinity pool with Jacuzzi, sun terraces, and al-fresco dining with BBQ complete this exceptional villa, just a short walk from Kalkan town.

Ground Floor
The ground floor living area is spacious and open plan, incorporating a lounge and dining area with a modern fully-equipped kitchen which features an island with breakfast bar. There is access to the barbecue area to the side of the kitchen.
The stylishly-furnished lounge area has a plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV complete with SKY TV package. A full glass frontage offers spectacular panoramic views out to sea.
The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, dressing table and air conditioning, it also has direct access to the pool and terrace.
Lower Ground Floor
On the lower ground floor, you will find a games room with pool table, gym equipment and a comfortable seating area.
First Floor
There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, 2 are double and the other is a twin room. All rooms feature a dressing table, air conditioning and a private balcony with seating.
Upper Floor
On this floor you will find the roof terrace suite room. It features a queen size bed, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and WC. It also has access to a fabulous roof terrace which has its very own Jacuzzi and shaded seating area from which to enjoy the panoramic views.
Outside The Villa
Villa Azur has a splendid 13 metre pool with Jacuzzi (please see important notes on the pool below within the 'Points to Note' section). Access to the pool is via graduated steps and the pool can be heated at certain times of the year. There’s a decked area positioned in the pool with sun-loungers and bean bags are also positioned around the spacious pool terrace.
An al-fresco dining area is provided with pergola and outside kitchen area which includes a BBQ.
The centre of Kalkan town lies an approximate 15 minute walk away (downhill).

- A welcome pack is provided on arrival
- Pool towels are provided for guests' use
- The villa is fully air-conditioned

- The villa has a security alarm
- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis; if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change (additional cleans and linen changes can be provided at extra cost and these need to be pre-booked)
- Pool heating is available at certain times of the year on request – there is a charge of £250 per week if pool heating is required (this will need to be pre-booked in advance)
- Prices shown are for the villa per week for up to 10 guests.
- Please note that the main pool is infinity-edged on two sides; along the front edge and along one side. There are graduated steps at both ends of the pool and owing to the sheer drop below, these could present a safety hazard for children. We would therefore suggest that parents would need to use their own judgement if allowing children to use the pool and of course, if doing so, children would need to be very closely supervised at all times
