Ground Floor
There are two double bedrooms located on this floor, together with a separate sauna.
Each of the double bedrooms has a Jacuzzi bath and separate en-suite rooms which are glass-fronted. Both bedrooms have TV’s and sea-view balconies.
Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor and living area.
Lower Ground Floor
Spacious and contemporary open plan living area which consists of a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge area features a large corner sofa with integrated speakers, an armchair, a fireplace, a coffee table and a huge LCD TV. Table football can also be found on this level.
The sleekly designed kitchen contains a full range of modern appliances including large fridge/freezer, a built-in microwave, oven, hob and dishwasher. The dining table seats 8 guests.
There is also a separate W/C on this floor together with a handy storage room.
Floor to ceiling glass doors lead out from the living area to pool terrace.
First Floor
There are two further double bedrooms on this level, each with en-suite facilities and sea view balconies. One bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath with integral shower, while the other has a Jacuzzi bath with a separate en-suite shower room, which is again glass-fronted. Both bedrooms have TV’s.
A separate Turkish Hammam can also be found on this floor.
Second Floor
This floor houses a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a TV.
This room leads out onto a furnished roof terrace that has far-reaching views over Kalkan Bay.
A washing machine can be found within a cupboard on the landing.
Outside The Villa
Sun loungers and parasols surround the large infinity pool. There is also a comfortable seating area, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and table tennis.
The garden areas of this villa are a pleasant addition, with a grassed area to the front of the swimming pool and to both sides of the property, along with mature flowering plants and shrubs.
