Sliding doors from the bedroom lead out onto a covered balcony which is furnished with two chairs and a small table from which to enjoy the sea views.

The twin bedroom on this floor has a wardrobe, dressing table with stool, plus an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has views of the garden at the rear of the property.

The villa is accessed via a private path which leads to the decked pool area. Once inside the property, you’ll find a living room with sofa, two armchairs and coffee table plus a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, washing machine, sandwich maker and kettle. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

There is a also separate WC and basin for guests’ use on this level.

The private pool has a ladder for access and is surrounded by decking furnished with 4 sun loungers and 2 parasols. There is a comfortable seating area providing views of the sea and the trees and shrubs give privacy from the coastal access road below to the hotel.

There is also an outside shower for guests’ use.
