Ground Floor
Spacious open plan living / dining area with TV and DVD player (an Amazon Firestick is supplied which allows access to multiple English-speaking channels). This area leads out onto the pool terrace.
Well-equipped stylish kitchen with modern appliances, including dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine.
A water filter tap is also installed in the kitchen to supply safe drinking water, in addition to the 19 litre water cooler.
A WC is also located on this level.
WiFi internet access is provided.
First Floor
Two bedrooms – one double bedroom plus one twin bedroom, each with en-suite facilities and a balcony.
Second Floor
One double bedroom which occupies the whole floor and has en-suite facilities. This room a large L shaped balcony with stunning views.
Third Floor
One double bedroom which occupies the whole floor and has en-suite facilities. This room has access to a spacious roof terrace with panoramic views over Kalkan Bay. Comfortably furnished with a corner seating set, this is great vantage point to watch the boats coming back into harbour across the bay.
Outside The Villa
The villa has a large freshwater pool for sole use and a spacious terrace area with ample sunbeds and parasols.
There is also an al-fresco dining area that seats 8 guests, stone BBQ and a newly added Turkish seating area.
The pool access is via graduated steps and the depth at this end of the pool is 1.3m. The depth at the other end of the pool is 1.5m. The pool can be heated on request (and with advance booking). Additional costs apply – please ask for the current rate at the time of booking.
