The living area is open plan with a large U-shaped sofa set around a coffee table with a Smart TV that provides Netflix access. Floor to ceiling sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace. The large kitchen island doubles as an indoor dining area with 7 bar stools. The well-equipped modern kitchen has Bosch appliances including a large fridge freezer with integral ice machine, dishwasher, built in oven and microwave, water cooler, gas hob, kettle and toaster.

Beyond the kitchen is a utility cupboard housing a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron for guests' use.

A twin bedroom is also located on this level – this has its own TV, en-suite shower room and sliding doors out onto the pool terrace.

There is also a separate cloakroom for guests' use on this floor.

At the top of the stairs is the first double bedroom with its own TV and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out onto a private balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table from which to enjoy the stunning views of Kalamar Bay.

Across the mezzanine, you access the Master bedroom with its own TV, walk in dressing room through opaque sliding doors which also lead to an en-suite shower room with twin basins. This bedroom also has a wrap-around sea view balcony.

There is a 4th en-suite bedroom added on this level, a double bedroom with a Velux window positioned above the king-sized bed for stargazing. The bedroom leads out onto a furnished roof terrace through sliding doors.

The roof terrace offers wonderful views across the whole bay and you can enjoy a 'sun downer' from the wooden bar table and stools, or relax and take in the sunsets from the huge Jacuzzi bath. There are also sun loungers and a parasol provided.

The infinity pool has steps at one end plus shallow area for children to play in, or if preferred, to place sun loungers. There are further sun loungers set around the pool with parasols. The large shaded dining table seats 8 and there's a gas BBQ provided as well as a built-in one, together with a preparation area and sink should you wish to prepare a meal al-fresco.

There is also a comfortable seating set on the terrace for relaxing around the pool.

For the more energetic among you, the wrap around terrace also features a full-sized outdoor table tennis table beneath a pergola.

The villa is a 20-25 minute walk to the centre of town, but there are plenty of restaurants en-route, as well as a supermarket close by


The villa is accessed via the rear of the property through iron gates with the entrance door to the side.
