The entrance door leads into the living area with two elegant sofas around a glass and wood coffee table and a fan above. The flat screen TV is concealed within a cupboard that can be pulled out and a DVD player is available for guests' use. The kitchen is accessed through swing doors and is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, stand-alone oven with an electric hob, water cooler, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Beyond the kitchen is the ground floor double bedroom with glass doors leading out to the pool terrace and wonderful views down to the Islands. There is a separate shower room off the living area for guests using this bedroom.

At the top of the stairs is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a Juliette balcony. Each room is styled differently and this room has an arm chair in which to relax and admire the garden below.

A washing machine is concealed in a cupboard in the en-suite bathroom for guests' use.

A further double bedroom on this floor has an en-suite shower room accessed via shutters. This shower room has a picture window. A corridor with a dressing table leads to the bedroom. This bedroom has a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table – the perfect spot to enjoy a sun downer before heading into town for dinner.

The swimming pool is chemical free and uses a salt-water chlorination system. The large circular steps into the pool allow for easy access.

The lighting in the extensive landscaped garden has been specially created to make the most of the mature palm trees and to enjoy balmy evenings in the comfy seating area just off the living room, or the sofas at either end of the terrace.

There are 6 sun loungers and plenty of pergolas for those who prefer shade. The dining table seats 8 and is beneath a pergola just in front of the kitchen. There is a built in BBQ for al fresco dining and an outside shower for guests' use.
