All bedrooms at The Residence are on the first and second floor and therefore have super sea views as well as private balconies. Floor to ceiling sliding doors flood the bedrooms with light and views that perfectly capture Kalkan's snake and mouse islands.

Luxurious linens and fluffy towels compliment the comfy beds and splendid walk in shower rooms.

The master en-suite spans the top floor providing guests with a spacious, private, sea view haven. Three sets of double sliding doors open out onto two roof terraces and a plunge pool. One terrace is furnished with a comfortable sofa set which is perfect for evening drinks and nibbles whilst watching the sun set, the second terrace is furnished with a double sunbed and is fabulous for sunbathing.

Sea views can be savoured from the comfort of the king-size bed and a sense of decadence prevails from the crisp linens, fluffy towels and luxurious bathroom.

The outside living space and its morning until evening sunshine was one of the key criteria the owners of The Residence Kalkan selected this villa over many others.

Important to so many, the outdoor wrap around space has been designed to comfortably accommodate guests in several shaded and sunbathing areas. The pool terrace is furnished with ample sunbeds and parasols as well as a large outdoor lounge sofa combination. A second shady lounge area has been created in the coolness of the planted terrace, a perfect space for a relaxing away from the midday sun.

The spacious alfresco dining area, BBQ and the large stone topped table offering seating for at least 10 is the perfect spot for entertaining.

The terrace on the opposite side of the villa is home to a full-size outdoor table tennis table, designed to keep guests of all ages entertained and the poolside raised jacuzzi is perfectly positioned to take in the sea views and enjoy a relaxing sundowner.
