Privacy is provided via sail shades on both sides of the terrace.

This is where the two remaining guest bedrooms are located, each of which is generously proportioned with double beds and wet-room style en-suite bathrooms.

Access to the lower pool terrace is through full length French windows and both bedrooms enjoy sea, garden and pool views.

This floor is also home to a movie/games room with 52" flat-screen TV, X-Box and plenty of comfortable seating. For those fitness fanatics among you, a fully equipped, air-conditioned gym with flat screen TV is also located on this floor.

A separate bathroom is situated next-door to the gym.

There is also a utility room on this level, in which you will find essentials like a washing machine, tumble drier, fridge, microwave and dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen which can be used by the guests who are enjoying the lower pool or for the convenience of those guests in the lower-floor bedrooms.

The villa's entrance leads into a spacious open plan living area with a galleried ceiling thus creating a unique light-filled space. The living area is tastefully decorated and equipped with a flat screen TV, Bose wireless speaker, comfortable seating area and a piano. From here, you can access the upper pool terrace where a beautiful infinity pool can be found.

The villa's main kitchen is located on this level and is equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, wine cooler, ice box, hob and an open grill set within a large island around which up to 8 guests can take breakfast.

This floor also houses a double bedroom with four-poster bed and en-suite facilities. This bedroom has access to the upper pool terrace via wall to wall glass doors.

A guest WC can also be found on this floor.

This is where The Glass House really comes into its own as it benefits from having two spectacular pools. One of these is infinity-edged and has a poolside shower and a stone oven BBQ on the surrounding terrace.

The pool and sun terraces are furnished with sun-loungers and outdoor furniture (including large al-fresco marble dining table to seat up to 14) and are surrounded with thoughtfully landscaped gardens.

A covered Ottoman seating area is provided together with a hot tub/Jacuzzi and a decorative pond feature.

A canopied 4-poster bed is provided on the sun terrace accessed from the mezzanine floor.

Private steps lead down to the beach platform with sun-loungers and parasols (this is for sole use of The Glass House guests). Water sports can be arranged from this platform upon request.

A double garage is provided for guests' use and the entrance is gated.
