Ground Floor
The front door opens into the well equipped kitchen, comprising of a central island with bar chairs, gas hob with extractor fan, two ovens, microwave, wine chiller, ice-maker, two adjacent fridge-freezers, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
The dining room seats 8 comfortably and the spacious sitting room with sea views through floor to ceiling windows making the most of the views with sliding doors leading out onto the terrace.
The first of five bedrooms is on this floor, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room with a separate wc and sliding doors to the terrace with wonderful sea views.
There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Lower Ground Floor
On this level is a fully fitted service kitchen with an American fridge, dishwasher, hob, extractor fan and microwave. There is also a utility/ storage area for guests to use.
On this level is also a cinema room with a large wall mounted smart TV.
Three bedrooms can be found on this level, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with sliding doors to the pool terrace with views over Kalamar Bay
The second double bedroom on this level also has an en-suite shower room with sliding doors to the pool terrace with sea views. This room also has a connecting door to the twin room for families.
The twin room has an en-suite shower with access to the double bedroom next door if required. Sliding doors give access to the pool terrace with views over the bay as well.
First Floor
The Master bedroom is on this floor with an en-suite shower room with a separate WC, shower and a private study area leading to a private terrace with a rattan day bed and panoramic sea views.
Outside The Villa
On the upper sun terrace off the ground floor is a comfortable seating area as well as a dining table for guests to enjoy al fresco dining with wonderful sea views.
The large freshwater pool, approximately 16.5 m by 5 m, has steps leading into the water with a built-in jacuzzi. Sun loungers are spaced around the pool terrace with parasols.
External steps from the pool terrace lead down to the sea platform for guests to enjoy sea swimming in Kalamar Bay with sun loungers and parasols provided on the decking.

- The pool is serviced daily
- Pool heating is available on request and with advance booking – extra charges will be applied and these can be confirmed at time of booking
- A full clean and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (therefore, if your booking is for 2 weeks, you will have a full clean and linen change in the middle of your stay – if your booking is for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change, but it may be possible to organise one at additional cost if required and with sufficient notice)
- A welcome pack will be provided on arrival
