Inside, the villa is bright and contemporary, with an open-plan living area flowing seamlessly onto the pool terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The well-appointed galley kitchen features a breakfast bar and modern appliances, while the living and dining areas provide ample space for families or groups to unwind in comfort. The master bedroom enjoys an en-suite shower room and a covered balcony with glimpses of the sea, complemented by two further well-presented bedrooms.

Outside, the private pool is surrounded by sun loungers, shaded pergolas and a decked terrace ideal for al fresco dining. With a BBQ, outdoor shower and tranquil garden setting, Kalu Villa offers the perfect balance of resort-style living and private luxury

Accommodation

Ground Floor

The galley style kitchen has an integral breakfast bar with 2 stools. Within the well equipped kitchen is a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, toaster, kettle and water dispenser.

Next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats 6 comfortably.

The living area has two sofas spaced around a coffee table with a wall mounted Smart TV with access to the pool terrace through glass doors.

There is also a guest cloakroom located on this level as well.

First Floor

The Master bedroom is at the front of the villa with two bedside tables, a chest of draws and a wardrobe with an en-suite shower room. There is a covered wooden balcony to the side of the bedroom with views through the complex to the sea.

This double bedroom is towards the back of the villa and has a bedside table and wardrobe with windows overlooking the olive groves behind the property.

The twin room has a bedside table, dressing table with mirror, and a wardrobe with a juliette balcony.

There is a separate shower room with wc and basin which guests using the twin room and double room share.

Outside The Villa

The villa has a decked area next to the pool with 4 sun loungers with side tables and a parasol.

Under the wooden pergola at the front of the villa are two further sun loungers.

There is also a wicker dining table with 6 chairs and a portable BBQ for guests to enjoy al fresco dining.

The external shower for guests' use is by the grassed area of the garden.
