We are delighted to introduce the Kalamaki Flats, a beautifully restored collection of boutique apartments set in a quiet residential street in the heart of Kalkan’s Old Town. Fully renovated to a high standard, the building comprises six stylish one-bedroom apartments, all just a short walk from the harbour, town beach, and Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants.
Flat No. 6 is a refined one-bedroom apartment, thoughtfully designed with an open-plan living space, modern kitchen and flexible seating that can accommodate additional guests if required. The bedroom is calm and inviting, while the private sea-view balcony provides a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking the bay
At the top of the building, guests have access to a spacious communal sun terrace,v furnished with tables and chairs and offering stunning sea views across Kalkan Bay.

This apartment is situated on the first floor, to the back of the building. It has an open plan living area with TV, dining table and modern kitchen with fridge, washing machine, freestanding oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ample crockery, glassware and cookware are provided, together with a clothes airer and a vacuum cleaner.
The sofa and armchair can convert into beds if required.
The bedroom has a double bed, TV and access to a shower room next door.
This apartment has views over the cobbled street below.
Roof Terrace
This level has access to a communal sun terrace with tables and chairs. This terrace has amazing sea views and during the day time, an electronic awning provides welcome shade. A WC is also provided on this level.
