We are delighted to introduce the Kalamaki Flats, a charming collection of boutique apartments set in the heart of Kalkan’s atmospheric Old Town. Sympathetically restored and fully renovated, this elegant building now offers six beautifully appointed one-bedroom apartments, perfectly positioned just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour, town beach, and Kalkan’s renowned rooftop restaurants.
Flat No. 1 is located on the ground floor and features a bright open-plan living space with comfortable seating, dining area, and a sleek modern kitchen fully equipped for relaxed self-catering. The double bedroom is tastefully furnished and enjoys easy access to a modern shower room.
At the top of the building, guests have access to a spacious communal sun terrace, furnished with tables and chairs and offering stunning sea views across Kalkan Bay.

This apartment is situated on the ground floor, to the front of the building. It has an open plan living area with TV, dining table and modern kitchen with fridge, washing machine, freestanding oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ample crockery, glassware and cookware are provided, together with a clothes airer and a vacuum cleaner.
The sofa and armchair can convert into beds if required.
The bedroom has a double bed, TV and access to a shower room next door.
This apartment has views out onto the cobbled street outside that leads down towards the sea.
Roof Terrace
This level has access to a communal sun terrace with tables and chairs. This terrace has amazing sea views and during the day time, an electronic awning provides welcome shade. A WC is also provided on this level.
