This luxurious penthouse apartment is the crowning jewel of an exclusive development of just five contemporary residences, ideally located close to the centre of Kalkan. Sleeping up to six guests in three beautifully appointed bedrooms, it offers an elegant blend of space, privacy and elevated coastal living.
Arranged over two levels, the lower floor houses three light and airy bedrooms, each with its own balcony, while the upper level is dedicated to open-plan living. The stylish lounge, dining area and modern kitchen open directly onto a spectacular private terrace.
Here, guests can unwind beside the swirling plunge pool with built-in seating, soak up the panoramic views from sun loungers or relax on oversized bean bags—an idyllic setting for both sun-filled days and memorable evenings.

First Floor
Entry level – There are three bedrooms off the entrance hall on this level.
The first bedroom is a double bed with an en-suite shower room and a private balcony with seating and sea views.
The second double bedroom can be configured as a twin if required and has a private balcony with seating to enjoy the views.
The third bedroom is a twin with a private balcony. This room and the second double room share a separate shower room on this level.
A washing machine is located under the stairs for guests use as well.
Second Floor
The living area of the apartment is under high eaves with an L-shaped sofa with a flatscreen TV and DVD player. The open plan kitchen has a gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
There is also a dining area that seats six guests as well as a cloakroom with handbasin and vanity unit just off the living area.
Sliding doors give access to the roof terrace.
Roof Terrace
The stunning roof terrace features fabulous views with a private plunge pool with built-in seating (approximately 4.5m x 2.5m). There are 4 sun loungers, two parasols and a dining area with a BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining.
