On entering Blueberry 1 apartment, you’ll find a spacious and light open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range of quality appliances, such as fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher. The lounge area is very light and airy, with floor to ceiling windows. The living area has a large, comfy corner sofa, coffee table and wall mounted flat-screen TV with DVD player. Double patio doors lead straight out on the pool terrace.
The two double bedrooms are both a similar size and are each furnished with a king sized bed, double wardrobes and bed side cabinets. The king size bed in the second bedroom can also be configured as twin beds if desired.
Each bedroom has double patio doors which lead out onto the pool terrace and there are two bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), each with walk-in shower, WC and vanity unit with basin.
All rooms in the apartment are air conditioned.
Outside The Apartment
The real bonus at this apartment is its outside area – it has has sole use of a large private swimming pool, surrounded by spacious sunbathing terraces.
At the front of the terrace there is a marble topped table with six dining chairs, plus a gas-fired BBQ. In addition, the pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a double swing seat, making is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the peaceful garden. A poolside shower is also provided.
