Designed for up to six guests, Zenato spans two beautifully furnished floors within an intimate development of just four apartments. The open-plan living space flows onto a private pool terrace, while three elegant bedrooms—each with outdoor access—create a sense of privacy and calm. High-quality finishes, modern appliances, and thoughtful touches such as a Nespresso machine, robes, and pool towels elevate the experience.
Outside, guests can unwind on the spacious terrace with private pool, sunloungers, shaded seating, and alfresco dining for six. With WiFi, air-conditioning, and optional pool heating, every detail is considered. Zenato can also be paired with neighbouring apartments for larger groups seeking both togetherness and personal space, making it a standout addition to our luxury portfolio.

Accommodation
Ground Floor
Open plan living and kitchen area with full-height sliding doors that open out onto the apartment's private pool terrace. These provide great sea views.
The kitchen features granite work surfaces, a breakfast bar and modern appliances including oven, hob and extractor, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A 'Nespresso' coffee machine is provided for your use, along with a water cooler / dispenser.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and flat-screen TV and Ipod docking station.
A double bedroom with adjacent shower room is also located on this level. This bedroom has a TV plus Ipod docking station and direct access to the pool terrace.
Lower Ground Floor
On this level, there are two further bedrooms – a double with kingsize bed, dressing area and en-suite shower room plus a twin with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms are light and airy and each has its own patio area furnished with table and chairs.
A utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board can also be found on this floor.
Outside The Apartment
The apartment has a spacious terrace with private pool and ample sunloungers and parasols.
An al-fresco dining is provided to seat 6 guests and there is also a comfortable corner seating area with pergola which provides some shade when required.
The two bedrooms on the lower floor each have a separate patio area furnished with table and chairs.
Kalkan's old town quarter is a 5 minute walk away (on the flat). The harbour area and town beach are a couple of minutes' further walking distance. Car hire or taxi's are not necessary in this location.

- Zenato can be booked in conjunction with other apartments within Mavi Su House for larger parties that want to holiday together but who would like to retain their own space and privacy (see: Aqua, Luna and Topaz)
- WiFi internet access is provided
- A welcome pack is provided on arrival
- 'Nespresso' coffee machine is provided (5 capsules will be provided with the owner's compliments – please bring additional capsules if you require more than this)
- Water cooler/dispenser is provided
- Bath robes are provided for guests' use
