Overview
The Tiki Apartment is a bright and welcoming holiday home in a fantastic central location. Spread over two spacious floors, the apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the rooms with natural light. With three comfortable en-suite bedrooms—each with its own balcony and modern walk-in shower—there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and feel right at home.
Upstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a cozy lounge designed for socialising. The living area opens directly onto a large rooftop terrace, offering a great spot for alfresco dining while looking out over Kalkan Bay. Whether you’re cooking a family meal or relaxing on the colorful seating, the layout makes vacation living easy and breezy.
The highlight of the home is the private roof top plunge pool and sun deck. It’s the perfect place to soak up the sun on a lounger or enjoy a sunset drink on the outdoor sofas. Accommodation
Lower Floor
3 en-suite bedrooms are located on this floor. Each room has a balcony and ultra-modern modern bathrooms.
The first of the three bedrooms is a spacious double, with large picture windows and balcony. The second is also a spacious double bedroom with similar features to the first but with views looking out towards the Taurus mountains.
The third is a twin bedroom and is just as spacious as the other two rooms.
The en-suite bathrooms are beautifully decorated with marble floors and walls. Each has a walk-in shower.
Upper Floor
A large wooden staircase leads you upstairs to a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen, lounge, indoor dining area and terrace, with plenty of vibrant and colourful occasional seating. A guest cloakroom is also provided on this level. The living area looks out via a large landscape picture window onto the apartment's outdoor terrace.
Outside The Apartment
The large open terrace can be accessed from the lounge and via large sliding patio windows from the kitchen and indoor dining area, which leads out to the shaded alfresco dining area and again you can enjoy views of Kalkan Bay.
The terrace has wooden decking throughout, private plunge pool and two large sofas for you to gather, socialise and relax and enjoy a sunset or two perhaps. There also 4 sun-loungers and a large parasol for additional shade.
