The apartment is accessed from the street above via a staircase leading down to the pool terrace.
The entrance door leads into an open plan space with modern lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with island and bar stools. The kitchen includes oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and kettle. Large french doors open out onto the pool terrace.
First Floor
To the rear of the living area, a staircase leads up to the upper floor which houses the apartment’s two bedrooms; one double and one twin. Both have front-facing balconies with sea views. The twin has an adjacent shower room, while the double has an en-suite shower room.
Outside The Apartment
The apartment’s pool extends along the entire width of the property villa and is surrounded by sunny terrace furnished with sun-loungers and parasols. Partial views of the bay can be enjoyed from this level.
A shaded dining area (to seat 4 guests) is provided and a spiral staircase leads up to a further terrace from where guests can take in the glorious sunsets.
