Accommodation

Apartment Level

The accommodation is all on one level and includes a tastefully decorated and spacious open plan living and kitchen area. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV (with English-speaking channels) plus a sound system. The well-equipped kitchen has a range of Bosch appliances including fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine and microwave. A water cooler is also provided.

Sliding doors from the living area lead directly out onto the pool terrace.

The master bedroom is light and airy with sliding doors to the front and side of the apartment. This bedroom has a double bed , en-suite shower room and views of the bay.

The second bedroom is a twin, also with an en-suite shower room. This bedroom has sliding doors out to the side of the property.

The third bedroom is a double which has an en-suite that can be accessed from the hall as well as from the bedroom (the door to the hallway can be locked if required). This bedroom has sliding doors that lead out to the side of the property.

Outside The Apartment

The pool terrace has fabulous views out across the bay towards Mouse and Snake islands and the pool itself is a generous size with graduated steps at the shallow end.
