The entrance, accessed via a set of steps from street level, leads into a stylish, and airy open plan living space. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you need, including a large fridge/freezer, dish washer, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The spacious living area has a large corner sofa, reading chair, coffee table, dining table and huge Smart television. It is the perfect setting to relax and unwind.

Full length sliding doors open to a garden terrace with alfresco dining leading to the shared swimming pool, grassed garden and relaxed seating area.

Bedroom 1 – A comfortable, modern style bedroom, decorated in calming neutral tones, with en-suite bathroom (shower only). This room contains a double bed, double wardrobe, makeup table and bedside tables. Sliding doors lead to the terrace garden area directly from this room.

Bedroom 2 – A comfortable, modern style bedroom, decorated in calming neutral tones, this room contains a double bed, spacious wardrobe, makeup table and bedside tables. Sliding doors lead to a private terrace with relaxed seating, and the peaceful garden area, perfect for a sundowner at the end of a relaxing day.
