The accommodation within the apartment is all on one level and includes a tastefully decorated and spacious open plan living area. This is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa with coffee table and a flat screen TV (English-speaking channels are available).

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, gas hob with extractor fan, built in microwave and electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and water cooler. There is also a large kitchen island with 4 stools as well as a small dining table with 2 chairs.

Sliding doors from the living area lead directly out onto the spacious balcony with incredible views across Kalkan Bay. On the balcony, is a comfortable sofa with two armchairs spaced around a coffee table. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs for al-fresco dining.

The master bedroom is light and airy with sliding doors leading out to the balcony. Within the room is a wardrobe, a dressing table with stool, a chest of drawers and an armchair. This room has an en-suite shower room which also houses a washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests’ use. A second door from the living area also provides access to this bathroom.

The second bedroom is a twin, but can be made into a double on request. Within the room is a wardrobe with integral dressing table and stool and an en-suite shower room is also provided. This bedroom has sliding doors out on to the large balcony with its magnificent views over Kalkan Bay.

6 apartments share a large infinity pool and terrace which has sun loungers and parasols available, as well as a covered area with seating and a portable BBQ that guests are welcome to use.

The pool terrace has fabulous views out across the bay towards Mouse and Snake islands and the pool itself has a shallow end with steps to access the water.
