Villa Turtle Bay is set out over two floors and is located in a prestigious position on the Kas Peninsular, which is listed as an area of natural beauty. Wild tortoises meander along the local roads, turtles swim past on a regular basis and occasionally, dolphins can be spotted in the bay in front of the villa.

Through the gate at street level, this leads you to the front door which opens into the open plan living area.

The living room has two sofas spaced around a coffee table with a decorative fireplace and a large flat screen TV.

The well equipped kitchen has a gas hob with an extractor fan, built in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge-freezer. There is also a kitchen island with 3 bar chairs with glass doors leading out to the pool terrace.

The round dining table seats 8 guests comfortably and offers wonderful sea views.

There is a double bedroom on this floor with an ensuite shower room as well as a TV – the perfect space for those who wish to have a little more privacy as it is separately accessed from the main villa.

There are three bedrooms on this floor, two doubles and one twin, each with an en-suite shower room. Each room also has a private balcony with seating to enjoy the fabulous sea and mountain views.

The infinity-edged pool has roman steps to enter the water with sun loungers spaced around it to relax and soak up the sun.

There is a comfortable seating set under a large cantilevered parasol to make the most of the breathtaking views.

A shaded dining table with 8 chairs is also provided with a BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.
