Overview
We are delighted to present the Margini Villas, an exceptional pair of luxury villas set in an elevated and highly desirable position just above Kalkan’s harbour road. Designed as elegant mirror images, each villa enjoys uninterrupted sea views across Kalkan Bay and features a striking marble-tiled infinity pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped, terraced gardens.
Just a leisurely 10-minute walk from the harbour and Old Town, and close to four popular beach clubs, the villas offer the perfect balance of privacy, convenience and style. Interiors are contemporary and light-filled, with open-plan living spaces, a sleek fully equipped kitchen, and three stylish en-suite bedrooms, including a stunning master suite with panoramic balconies.
Outside, guests can relax beneath shaded pergolas, dine alfresco, or unwind in the infinity pool with integrated Jacuzzi while soaking up the breathtaking views. Ideal for families or groups, the Margini Villas can be booked individually or together for a truly luxurious Mediterranean escape.

Accommodation
Ground Floor
The entrance door to the side of the villa opens into a hallway which in turn leads into the open plan living space.
The living room has a wall mounted Smart TV, two sofas and two armchairs set around three occasional tables. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in microwave and electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, a filter coffee machine, a water cooler, toaster and kettle. There is also a dining table that seats 6 guests comfortably.
Also on this level at the rear of the villa is a twin bedroom, with a wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors give access to the garden which leads to the pool terrace with views of Kalkan Bay.
Opposite the entrance door is a cloakroom with WC and basin as well as a washing machine for guests’ use.
First Floor
There are two bedrooms on this floor on either side of the landing – at the front of the villa is the Master double bedroom with a built in wardrobe that leads to an en-suite shower room with a picture window with integral blinds. On one side of the room is a Juliette balcony and sliding doors lead out to a large front-facing balcony with a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table from which to enjoy the fabulous sea and mountain views.
The second bedroom at the back of the villa has a double bed, and an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead out to a private balcony with views of the harbour and bay beyond.
Outside The Villa
Under the pergola at the front of the villa is an L-shaped sofa with a coffee table and a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a portable BBQ for guests to enjoy al-fresco dining.
There are 5 steps down to the infinity pool with steps to enter the water and an integral Jacuzzi from which to enjoy the incredible panoramic views.
Six mesh sun loungers with side tables and two parasols provided by the pool as well as a swing chair.
There is also an external shower for guests’ use.
Please note that there are 50 steps up from the road below to the pool terrace, so this property may not be suitable for any guests with mobility issues.
