The front door leads into the spacious living area with a well equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle.

The living room has two sofas spaced around a coffee table with a smart TV which guests can access their Netflix accounts. Sliding doors lead to the covered balcony with a dining table and 6 chairs as well as a built in BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining and the wonderful sea views.

There is also a separate cloakroom on this floor with wc and basin.

In the cupboard under the stairs is the washing machine, iron and ironing board for guests use.

On this floor are two generously sized, light and airy bedrooms.

The front-facing master bedroom has a king-size bed, two bed side tables, a dressing table with stool, a chest of draws and built in wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room with wc and basin. Sliding doors lead to the covered balcony with a swing seat to relax and take in the spectacular views of Kalamar Bay.

The second bedroom is a twin accessed through a sliding door. Within the room is a bedside table, built in wardrobes and a dressing table with stool. The ensuite shower room has a wc and basin. A glass door gives access to the wrought iron steps that lead to the roof terrace.

The villa’s large roof terrace offers the perfect space to take in the panoramic views of the bay and mountains. Under a pergola is a built in L-shaped sofa with comfy cushions with a coffee table. There are also two sun loungers for guests who like a little more privacy.

The third bedroom is accessed below the villa from the path that runs beside it through a glass door. The high ceilinged room has a kitchenette with a sink, drinks fridge and kettle. There are cups and glasses provided in the cupboard too. Within the room is a king sized bed, a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and two comfy chairs with a side table as well as an ensuite wet room with wc and basin. Glass doors lead to a small patio with steps that lead down to the pool.

The shared pool can be accessed from the path that runs beside the villa down through the terraced garden. There are sun loungers spaced around the pool which has steps for access into the water.
