Ground Floor
The entrance door is at the rear of the villa and opens into the open‑plan living area, featuring floor‑to‑ceiling windows and a dramatic mezzanine chandelier positioned above the dining table with seating for ten.
Next to the dining area is the well‑equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, built‑in oven and microwave, fridge‑freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The kitchen island includes an electric hob and bar stools.
The living area offers a large L‑shaped sofa, a coffee table, a modern fireplace and a Smart TV. Sliding doors open onto the pool terrace and frame stunning sea views.
By the entrance door, there is a cloakroom with a WC and basin. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer for guests use.
Beyond the living area is the villa’s first double bedroom with an en‑suite shower room. The room includes a wall‑mounted TV, fitted wardrobes and an armchair with a footstool. Sliding doors lead directly to the pool terrace with sea views.
A sauna is also available for guests on this level.
First Floor
There are four bedrooms on this level. The first bedroom, located at the top of the stairs to the right, is the master suite and features two queen‑size double beds. The en‑suite includes a standalone bath and twin basins. The room also offers built‑in wardrobes, a dressing table with a wall‑mounted TV, and an armchair with a footstool. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two comfortable chairs, perfect for enjoying the sea views.
The remaining three bedrooms on this level are all doubles, each with an en‑suite shower room. Sliding doors from these rooms lead to the shared balcony, which also enjoys beautiful sea views.
Outside The Villa
The superb saltwater infinity pool features a water cascade and wide steps for easy entry, with ten sun loungers spaced around the pool.
There is also a dining table on the pool terrace that seats ten, along with a built‑in BBQ, preparation area and sink—perfect for al fresco dining.
Comfortable armchairs with a side table provide the ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink by the pool.
