Accommodation
Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises of a large open plan living room with a large L-shaped sofa with integral chaise long around a coffee table and large Smart TV. The dining table seats 8 comfortably with sliding doors to access the pool terrace. The sleek kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in electric oven and microwave, coffee machine, water cooler and kettle.
There is a separate WC with basin on this level for guests’ use.
Lower Ground Floor
(Access through a bedroom from street level)
The games room on this level offers table tennis and table football. There is also a cycling machine, together with a sauna and hamam with a separate shower room with WC and basin.
The utility room is also on this level with washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron for guests’ use.
There is a large double bedroom on this level, with an ‘in-room’ Jacuzzi bath, plus a separate en-suite shower room with WC and basin. The room also has a wall mounted TV as well as wardrobe and dressing table with stool. The sliding doors lead to the street below and can used as an access point to the villa if desired.
First Floor
There are three bedrooms on this level; the first is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the panoramic sea views.
The double bedroom next door has amazing sea views through its picture windows with a dressing table, wardrobe and wall mounted TV. There is a small Jacuzzi bath with separate shower, WC and basin.
The master bedroom at the end of the corridor has an ‘in-room’ Jacuzzi bath and a separate shower with WC and basin. There is a wardrobe, dressing table and chair, plus a wall mounted TV. Sliding doors access a private balcony with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the sea views across to the harbour.
Outside The Villa
The infinity pool has a shallow section with two sun beds immersed in the water at one end and the deeper part of the pool has a ladder for access. There are a further 4 sun loungers spaced around the pool with 3 parasols.
The dining table seats 8 comfortably and there is a built in BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the boats leave the harbour.
There is also an external shower for guests use.

- Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
- Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided – ie, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
- All the bedrooms have a hairdryer
- Please note, a welcome pack is not provided at this property – however, we are able to arrange shopping for you which will be delivered to the villa ahead of your arrival (please book this at least 3 days prior to your arrival and payment for your shopping is to be made locally the day after your arrival)

- The villa is fully air-conditioned
- WiFi internet connection is provided
- This villa can be booked with Villa Enhave which has 5 bedrooms and is situated just above for larger parties
- Prices are for the villa per week (maximum number of guests – 8).
