Villa Hillside is a charming 3-bedroom detached property in Kisla Bay, offering panoramic Mediterranean views from every room. Its prime location is just a short walk from local beach clubs and a quick drive to Kalkan’s town centre, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and exploration.
The interior features a bright, open-plan living space and a well-equipped kitchen, while all three bedrooms are en-suite with private sea-view balconies. Outside, the large infinity pool and shaded dining area provide the perfect setting for alfresco meals and soaking up the sun in a tranquil coastal setting.

Ground Floor
The front door leads into the open plan living area with double French windows that look out to the garden, pool and terrace area.
The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven , gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably.
There is a cloak room with a wc and basin as well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests use.
First Floor
There are two twin bedrooms on this floor which can be made into doubles on request.
Both twin rooms have an en-suite shower with wc and basin. Within the rooms are a wardrobe and dressing table with stool. Glass doors lead to the balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the sea views.
Second Floor
On this floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with wc and basin. Within the room is a chest of draws, a dressing table with stool and a desk with a chair. Glass doors lead to the roof terrace.
Roof Terrace
The roof terrace is furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the panoramic sea view.
Outside The Villa
The large infinity pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace on which are sun-loungers and parasols.
To the side of the villa under a pergola is a dining table seating 6 and a portable BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining.
On the other side of the villa is a further pergola with a semi-circular sofa with cushions and a coffee table to take in the spectacular views.
