Next to the living room is the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, water cooler, gas hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler.

There is a dining table that comfortably seats 8 and sliding doors beyond provide access to the pool terrace.

By the staircase is a cloakroom with WC and basin as well a utility cupboard housing a washing machine for guests' use.

At the bottom of the stairs is the cinema room with 3 large comfy sofas and a large wall mounted Smart TV. Opposite is a separate shower room with WC and basin. Also on this level is the large games room which has a pool table with a bar and 3 bar stools. There is also a cross trainer and a treadmill for those guests who like to keep fit while on holiday. Off this space is a glass door which leads to the Hamam with its beautiful grey marble and green tiles. A sauna can be found next door.

The generously sized double room on this level has an en-suite shower room and within the bedroom is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and two armchairs with a side table. Sliding doors lead out to a small garden patio with two chairs.

At the top of the stairs is a double bedroom with a glass walled en-suite shower room with two showers, WC and basin. Within the bedroom is a Jacuzzi bathtub, wardrobe and a dressing table with a stool. Sliding doors lead out onto a private balcony with 2 chairs and a coffee table from which to enjoy the views.

Next door is a twin room that can be configured as a double on request. Within the room is a Jacuzzi bathtub, wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an armchair as well as an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Sliding doors lead out to a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

Beneath high eaves, is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower with WC and basin. Within the bedroom is a wardrobe and a dressing table with a stool. Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace.

The roof terrace can also be accessed via a separate glass door on the landing and offers wonderful views, together with a large plunge pool with an integral Jacuzzi and two sun loungers plus a parasol. In addition, there’s a comfortable seating set and a bar with 4 bar stools from which to take in the views while enjoying a sun downer before heading into town.

The infinity pool has a shallow area for children to play in at one end, and at the other a ladder for access to the deeper part of the pool. There are eight sun loungers set around the pool with parasols.

Beneath a pergola at the far side of the villa, is a dining table that seats 8 and a built in BBQ with a sink on one side and a preparation area on the other – the perfect place for your party to enjoy alfresco dining.

There is also a comfortable seating set on the terrace for relaxing around the pool as well as a swing chair.

At the other side of the villa is an external shower for guests’ use.
