The villa is accessed from the street below up about 30 steps past another property. The entrance door leads into an open plan living area with a cloakroom by the stairs with a washing machine for guests' use.

The living area has a small sofa and an armchair plus a decorative fireplace and a Smart TV. There is also another armchair with a side table by the sliding doors that lead out to the pool terrace.

The sleek kitchen has a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools and a free-standing fridge freezer. There is a dishwasher, gas hob with extractor fan and an electric oven below as well as a cafetiere, kettle and toaster.

Spiral stairs lead up to the first floor and the villa’s two bedrooms – the first bedroom is a double with an en-suite shower room. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe and two bedside tables. Glass doors lead to the shared covered balcony with a circular table and two chairs – the perfect place to take in the spectacular views of Kalkan Bay below.

The second bedroom next door is a twin but can be configured as a double on request. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe and a side table with sliding doors leading to the shared covered balcony with sea views. There is also an en-suite shower room with WC and basin.

Spiral stairs lead up to the villa’s roof terrace through a glass door. Under a pergola is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs spaced around a wooden table offering panoramic views of the mountains and across the bay to Mouse and Snake islands.

The pool terrace is accessed through sliding glass doors from the kitchen. A dining table and 4 chairs can be found beneath the cover of the balcony above. There is also a portable BBQ to enable your party to enjoy alfresco dining.

The pool has a ladder to access the water and there are 4 sun loungers with two parasols spaced around it.

Under a parasol is also a sofa and two armchairs with a coffee table to enable you to relax and take in the wonderful sea views.
