The glass entrance door leads straight into the kitchen which is well equipped with an island that has a gas hob with extractor fan and an electric oven. By the twin sinks is a sandwich toaster, kettle, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. On the other side is a cupboard with a water cooler and microwave within.

Next to the kitchen is a large dining table with 10 chairs and a floating wall with a fireplace plus Smart TV leading into the living area with a built-in cushioned sofa, a chaise longue and an armchair spaced around a glass topped coffee table. Floor to ceiling windows provide access to the pool terrace and allow plenty of light in too.

Beyond the kitchen is a hallway leading to three bedrooms. The first is a double with en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Within the bedroom itself is an open wardrobe with a chest of drawers below and a dressing table with mirror. Glass doors open out onto a daybed that gives direct access to the large L-shaped pool.

This floor has two further bedrooms beneath high beamed eaves – the first bedroom at the front of the villa has a four poster double bed with a huge floor to ceiling windows providing fabulous views of Kalkan Bay and the islands. Within the bedroom itself is a free-standing bathtub plus a dressing table and mirror. Open wardrobes in a dressing area lead though to the en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Sliding doors at the front of the bedroom lead out to a large balcony.

The second bedroom at the rear of the villa is a double with an open wardrobe with a chest of drawers plus a dressing table with mirror. There is also an en-suite shower room with a WC and basin. Glass doors lead to a private balcony furnished with 4 ornate metal chairs and a round table; the perfect place to take in the mountain and sea views.

The infinity pool is accessed down steps from the pool terrace offering wonderful views across the town towards the bay. There is a dining table with 10 chairs and a portable BBQ for al fresco dining beneath the stone pillared pergola.

Steps lead down to a grassed area with a large built in L-shaped sofa with a coffee table. A few more steps lead to the shallow pool area below the infinity one from which water cascades over the edge. There are 5 loungers immersed in the water on which to relax and take in the views. A freestanding shower is also provided.
