The property is accessed down some steps from the street. Off street parking is provided with enough space for 2 cars beneath a pergola.

The entrance door is at the rear of the villa, together with table football with plenty of shade.

Once through the entrance door, you’ll find a large living space offering incredible views through the floor to ceiling glass windows. To the right is a TV area with a sofa and large coffee table by the built in fireplace. The wall mounted Smart TV also has a DVD player and a CD player with DVD's and CD's available in the cabinet below for guests to enjoy. A balcony is accessed through sliding doors and this is furnished with two chairs and a coffee table from which to make the most of the views across both bays.

Next to this is a spacious living room with three sofas and two armchairs spaced around a large coffee table.

The dining table seats 8 comfortably with fabulous views out onto the pool terrace on the side of the villa. Floor to ceiling windows on either corner provide dramatic views of Kalkan below and to the islands.

The sleek and well-equipped kitchen has a gas hob with extractor fan, a large fridge freezer, built-in electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, juicer, kettle, toaster and water cooler.

There is also a utility room off the living area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a separate guest cloak room with shower by the entrance door.

There are three bedrooms on this level – the first bedroom to the right is a double room with a dressing table and a walk in wardrobe as well as an en-suite shower room. Glass doors lead to the lower ground floor pool terrace with sea views.

The second bedroom is a twin room with a dressing table and walk in wardrobe situated behind the beds. Opaque sliding doors lead to the en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. A glass door provides access to the lower ground floor pool terrace with a large picture window offering sea views.

The third bedroom is a double with a walk-in wardrobe and dressing table with chair within the room. There is also an en-suite shower room. Sliding glass doors lead out to the lower pool terrace.

The shallow pool on this level is ideal for children with the water cascading over the edge from the pool above. There are two sun loungers with a parasol and two chairs with a side table. There is also a table tennis table for guests who would like to be more energetic during their stay!

The gated metal stairs on this level lead down to the villa’s sauna and steam room.

This level has two bedrooms – the bedroom to the left is a twin with en-suite shower room and a walk in dressing area with wardrobes. Within the room is a dressing table with chair and sliding glass doors lead out to the roof terrace.

The bedroom to the right is the Master with a circular ‘in-room’ Jacuzzi bathtub. There is also an en-suite shower room and a walk in dressing area with fitted wardrobes. Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace.

On the landing between the bedrooms is a cross trainer/bike for those guests who like to keep fit while on holiday.

Outside, the large infinity swimming pool has an integral Jacuzzi and a ladder to access the water. There are 10 sun loungers and 5 parasols placed around the pool.

There is also a raised kosk with ottoman seating and a low coffee table as well as a bar with 6 bar chairs.

Beneath a shady pergola is the dining table which seats 10 guests comfortably. A built-in BBQ is provided to enable your party to enjoy al fresco dining with panoramic views.
