The property can be accessed through two different gates from street level on either side of the property with steps leading to the pool terrace. The entrance door is at the rear of the villa and opens directly into the open plan living area.

The living area has a large L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table plus another single sofa and a decorative built-in fire place.

There is also a dining table that seats 10 comfortably. There are two further chairs with a smaller table as well as two chairs on either side of the dresser if needed.

Sliding doors lead out to the wrap around balcony at the front of the villa as well as to the side to enable access the pool terrace.

A cloak room is also available on this level with a WC and hand basin for guests’ use.

A passage from the living area leads through to the kitchen which is well equipped with a gas hob and extractor fan, built-in microwave and electric oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and water cooler. Glass doors lead to the balcony that’s furnished with a breakfast table with 4 chairs offering incredible views.

There are three bedrooms on this level; the first is a double with en-suite shower room and within the room are wardrobe and a dressing table with stool. Sliding doors lead to the lower patio terrace with sea views. This is furnished with a wrought iron sofa and two armchairs with comfy cushions spaced around a coffee table plus a parasol – the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or tea.

A further armchair has been placed on the landing – so plenty of options for everyone in your party to enjoy some quiet relaxation.

The villa has a beautiful infinity-edged pool with spectacular views of the bay towards the harbour and out to Mouse and Snake islands. At one end of the pool are steps leading into the water and at the other end is a ladder. There are 10 sun loungers spaced around the pool with 5 parasols and side tables.

At the end of the pool terrace beneath a pergola, is a large L-shaped sofa with three stools spaced around a coffee table. There is also a stone-built bar with a drinks fridge, a two ring gas hob and sink to enable you to enjoy a hot or cold drink while taking in the views of Kalkan Bay.

There area further two wrought iron armchairs with cushions and a side table and a large dining table with 10 chairs next to the villa. A built-in BBQ is provided so you and your party can enjoy al fresco dining and make the most of the amazing vistas.

There is also an outside shower for guests’ use.
