Villa Cihan is a newly built luxury villa in the sought-after Ortaalan area of Kalkan, perfectly positioned just a 10-minute walk from the town centre. Inside, the villa is bright and spacious, with elegant open-plan living areas flowing seamlessly onto the pool terrace. Accommodation
Ground Floor
The property is accessed through an entrance gate to the side of the property.
Upon entering the villa, the kitchen is immediately to your right with a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. Within the well-equipped kitchen is a fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in microwave and electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, kettle and toaster. There are sliding doors to access the pool terrace.
The living area has two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table plus a Smart TV. Again, sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.
Lower Ground Floor
Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor with a kitchen bar with 3 bar chairs. There is also a small drinks’ fridge and sink with a selection of glasses on the shelves above.
Beneath the stairs is a washing machine for guests’ use.
On this level there is also a sauna and a cinema room with two small sofas.
A large double bedroom is also located on this level with an en-suite shower. Within the room is a wardrobe and dressing table with stool. A glass door leads to the stairs that go down to the indoor pool.
On the lower split level, is a large wicker sofa set and a slide and swing for small children. There is also table football.
The indoor pool has a ladder-style steps to access the water and there are 4 sun loungers spaced around it.
The twin room is opposite the indoor pool on this level with an en-suite shower, wardrobe and dressing table with stool.
First Floor
There are two double bedrooms on this floor – the bedroom to the left has an en-suite shower and sliding doors lead to a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table from to enjoy the sea views. Within the room is a wardrobe and a dressing table with stool.
The second double bedroom has a picture window and sliding door with a Juliette balcony with sea views. Within the room is a wardrobe and dressing table with stool.
Second Floor
The top floor gives access to the roof terrace with panoramic sea views.
Outside The Villa
The villa has an L-shaped pool with a ladder at one end and a shallow area with two submerged sun loungers at the other end. There are a further 6 sun lounger with 2 large parasols spaced around the pool.
Under a pergola is a dining table that seats 8 comfortably with a BBQ for al fresco dining.
A comfy seating set and a swing seat are also provided for guests to relax by the pool and enjoy the views.
At the rear of the villa is an outside shower for guests’ use.
