Apartment Level
This apartment is on the top floor, it is beautifully refurbished duplex apartment is accessed through a gate on street level and then a few steps up to the entrance door.
Once inside, the sleek modern kitchen to the left has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob with extractor fan, electric oven, sandwich toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
Down a couple of steps is the living room with an L-shaped sofa and coffee table, plus a Smart TV. The dining table has 6 chairs and a glass door leads out on to the private covered balcony with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the views across Kalamar Bay.
On this level are two bedrooms that share a separate shower room. The twin bedroom has a wardrobe as well as an ironing board and iron for guests’ use. The double bedroom has a wardrobe with a dressing table and stool.
The Master bedroom is on the top floor under high eaves with an en-suite shower room. Within the room are two armchairs and a side table as well as a wardrobe with dressing table and stool. Sliding doors lead out to the roof terrace with panoramic views of Kalamar Bay.
Roof Terrace
On the roof terrace there is a dining table with 6 chairs and a built in BBQ for al fresco dining. There are also two sun loungers with a parasol as well.
Outside The Apartment
Ece Apartment 1 and 2 share the freshwater pool with a ladder for access to access the water. There are 6 sun loungers with side tables and a parasol spaced around the pool, but more sun loungers are available if required. There is also a swing seat and a comfy sofa set with coffee table too. There are partial sea views and the privacy curtains can be drawn or closed as desired.

- The apartment is fully air-conditioned
- A 'full' cleaning and linen change is carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a 'full' mid-stay clean with linen + towel change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is a towel change mid-stay, but bed linen is not changed)
