Ground Floor
The villa is accessed from the street above through a gate and down some steps to the entrance door.
The open plan living space has a modern kitchen with all the essential items you would need including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle.
Within the kitchen is a high-level dining table with two height adjustable chairs.
The living room is comfortably furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a small coffee table and a large Smart TV offering Netflix, You Tube and many more viewing options.
Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead out to the pool terrace with sea views.
The first of the villa’s two bedrooms is to the right of the entrance door – this is a twin that can be configured as a double on request. Within the room is a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace with views of Kalkan Bay.
The second bedroom beyond the kitchen, is a double with en-suite shower room. Within the room is a wardrobe and dressing table with a stool. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace with views of Kalkan Bay.
Outside The Villa
The infinity pool has steps for access and is flanked by 4 sun loungers with two large parasols.
There is also a dining table with 4 cushioned chairs and a portable BBQ to enable guests to enjoy al-fresco dining.
There is also a poolside shower for guests’ use.
