The villa is accessed at the rear of the property through mature gardens and the entrance door leads into the open plan living area. The well-equipped kitchen has a built in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and water cooler. The dining table seats 8 comfortably with sliding doors leading out on to the pool terrace.

The area room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa with integral chaise-longue and two armchairs set around a coffee table plus a large Smart TV offering Netflix.

This level also has a double bedroom with sliding glass doors leading out to the garden. The shower room is next door to this bedroom, and this also serves as a WC/cloakroom for this floor

This level has three very spacious double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a spectacular circular bed with a stunning semi-circular picture window with fabulous views across Kalamar Bay. There are also wardrobes, a wall mounted satellite TV and a dressing table with stool. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub and integral shower. The private balcony is accessed through a glass door and it’s furnished with two chairs and a small table.

The second double bedroom on this level is situated next to the master bedroom and this has an en-suite shower room. There is also a satellite TV on the chest of drawers plus a wardrobe. On the roof terrace you will find a bar table with 3 bar chairs beneath a shady pergola and in addition, there’s a comfy sofa with two arm chairs set around a coffee table under a sail cloth for shade – the perfect spot from which to enjoy the views across Kalamar Bay and maybe a sun downer or two, before heading to town for dinner.

The villa can either be accessed from the side of the property through iron gates that have a parking space with stepping-stones leading through the garden to the entrance door, or up stone steps from the parking space below the pool terrace via a small metal gate.

The generously sized pool terrace has 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols placed around the large freshwater pool. This has a ladder at one end and steps at the other for easy access.

At the far end of the terrace, is a dining table with 8 chairs beneath a pergola for al-fresco dining and a portable BBQ is available for guests’ use.

Under the covered veranda is a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table as well as a circular dining table with 6 chairs accessed through a glass door from the kitchen area.

There are three steps from the veranda down to the pool and this elevated area provides wonderful views across to Kalamar Bay.
