On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living, kitchen dining area looking out onto the pool and the sea. Available for larger parties on request is the private studio suite (Superking) which is located under the sea facing terrace and accessed via its own staircase next to the pool (as this bedroom is separately- accessed from the main part of the house, it would be unsuitable for unaccompanied young children.

On the first floor you will find the Master suite (Superking bed) ,a second double bedroom (Kingsize) and a further bedroom with twin beds.

Of course, most of your waking hours in Kalkan will be spent outside and it is here that Villa Kumanluk plays it's trump card! Large sun terraces in polished travertine offer uninterrupted views across Kalkan bay and it's ever changing vistas. The swimming pool is a step away for cooling off and both the large open sun loungers and plentiful parasols are ready to help protect more sensitive skins. Outside dining is in the shade of a purpose-built canopied pergola with the option of both gas and charcoal barbecues, as well of course as the indoor kitchen hob, oven and microwave. When you're feeling lively then table tennis can be found in the front garden.

The villa is completely enclosed by its walled garden on the landward side and offers a good degree of privacy considering its proximity to town.
