The property is accessed from the street above via a distinctive antique gate. Once through the main door, you enter the villa’s open plan living space.

The living area has a modern L-shaped sofa with a coffee table plus a Smart TV. There are also two armchairs with a side table.

A circular dining table provides seating for 6 guests and floor to ceiling sliding doors allow plenty of light into the living space and provide access to the pool terrace.

The well-equipped sleek kitchen has a large fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob with extractor fan, kettle, toaster and water cooler. The kitchen island has two bar stools and picture windows offer fabulous views of Kalkan Bay beyond.

A separate WC for guests' convenience is also found next door to the kitchen area.

A beautiful marble staircase leads up to the first floor which has two tastefully decorated bedrooms. The spacious double bedroom that leads off to the left has a desk with armchair for those who may need a quiet space to work while on holiday, plus an en-suite shower room with WC and basin. The bedroom has a super king-sized bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a dressing table with chair and wardrobes. A glass door leads out to a small private balcony with a deck chair. Sliding doors open out onto a larger private balcony which is furnished with two wooden armchairs with cushions and a side table – this balcony provides sweeping sea views across the whole bay.

At the other end of the hallway is a spacious twin room with en-suite shower room with WC and basin (these beds can be configured as a super king-sized bed on request – please let us know at the time of booking how you would like this room set up). Within the room is a bedside table with bedside lamp, dressing table with chair and a wardrobe. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with two cushioned basket chairs and a glass-topped side table; the perfect place to read a book while enjoying the sea views.

At the top of the stairs, you will find an open utility area equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board for guests’ use.

The glass corner wall has two sliding doors giving access to the roof terrace. To one side, is a U-shaped built-in sofa with cushions beneath a pergola. The balcony to the front has two comfy cushioned armchairs with a small coffee table. The roof terrace offers panoramic views with a front row seat to the incredible sunsets that Kalkan is famous for.

This floor also accommodates the penthouse suite; a generous sized double bedroom with super king-sized bed, truly stunning views plus en-suite shower room with WC and basin. Within the room are two bedside tables with bedside lamps, a dressing table with chair, wardrobe and an armchair. Sliding doors open onto the roof terrace.

Stepping outside, the freshwater pool has Roman steps the whole width of the pool and offers breath-taking views of the bay, harbour as well as Mouse and Snake islands. At one end of the pool are two sun loungers and at the other, a daybed and a further two sun loungers with parasols.

To the side of the villa is a built-in charcoal BBQ with preparation area and sink to allow for al-fresco dining, plus a wooden dining table and 6 chairs.

There is also a comfy sofa with two armchairs spaced around a coffee table; the ideal spot in which to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or even breakfast on the terrace.
