There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools, and beyond that a lovely living area with comfortable sofas and chairs, DVD and stereo system and a wood burning fire to keep you cosy should you visit out of season. The lower level of the villa is accessed by a sweeping staircase from the al-fresco dining area on the ground floor terrace. As well as being led onto the vast terrace with Jacuzzi, sunbathing area, further dining, BBQ, bar, table tennis and ottoman seating area, you will also find a games room with pool table. Next to the games room is the sixth bedroom suite with large double bed, beautiful shower enclosure, washbasin and separate WC.

The villa’s stunning roof terrace, which is accessed via a staircase from the first floor, offers a seating area beneath a shady canopy, two sunloungers and a fridge for drinks; the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset or star gaze.

The main pool terrace on the ground floor level accommodates plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols around the large pool as well as a soft seating and dining area with a canopy for shade and fan to provide relief from the heat while eating in the hot weather.
