Ground Floor

Once through the entrance door, the living area has a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table with two further armchairs and side tables. There is also a large wall mounted Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

The dining table seats 10 comfortably and this leads to the kitchen area with a marbled porcelain kitchen island with electric hob and oven. The well-equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, sandwich maker, kettle and water cooler. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.

The first of the villa’s 5 bedrooms is on this level with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and dressing table with stool. There is also an armchair and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace from the bedroom and just outside, there are two comfy armchairs with a side table from which to enjoy the spectacular views.

Lower Ground Floor

The villa’s fifth bedroom is accessed via stairs leading down from the pool terrace above. A wooden door opens into a spacious double bedroom decorated in sea green tones, with two armchairs and a side table, built in wardrobes and a dressing table with stool. There is also an en-suite shower room and sliding doors from the bedroom lead out to a private balcony with a comfy chair and side table.

The villa’s gym can also be accessed across the grass from this bedroom or via wooden steps that lead down from the other side of the pool terrace. Within the gym is a treadmill, bench with weights, a Pilates mat and ball as well as table football. There is also a shower room in this area.

First Floor

This level features three en-suite bedrooms – all with different themed interiors.

To the left of the mezzanine is the blue room. This double bedroom has a feature wall, armchair, built in wardrobes and a dressing table with stool. There is an en-suite shower room and sliding doors from the bedroom lead to a private balcony with a comfy chair and side table offering stunning sea views.

The turquoise themed bedroom on this level, is a twin with a built-in wardrobe and dressing table with stool. There is also an armchair and en-suite shower room with a picture window within the shower (internal blinds can be shut for privacy). Sliding doors from the bedroom lead to a private balcony with a chair and side table from which to take in the views of both bays.

The third bedroom on this level is the Master with a double bed and large in-room Jacuzzi bath. There is also a separate en-suite shower room too. Within the room is a built-in wardrobe and dressing table with a comfy armchair. Sliding doors lead out to the private balcony with wonderful sea views.

Outside The Villa

To the side of the villa beneath a shady pergola, is a dining table that comfortably seats 10, plus a gas BBQ to enable your party to enjoy al fresco dining. There is also a cushioned swing seat and a poolside shower for guests’ use.

A large circular day bed with its own pull up awning give guests a cosy place to read a book and take in the views. Beyond this is a sunken seating area with cushions spaced around a coffee table.

There are 4 mesh sun loungers with side tables by the infinity pool which can be accessed down a ladder. In the shallow area of the pool is a wooden decked day bed cantilevered over the water. There is also a spectacular 4 poster day bed on which to relax by the pool.

Outside the mezzanine area are two cushioned swivel chairs with a side table – so plenty of space for all your party to enjoy the breath-taking views of the bays and islands.

The gardens are fully landscaped and surrounded by olive groves.
