Through the glass patio doors, you step down two steps into the spacious open plan living area. There is a dining table with 6 chairs and a galley kitchen with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hob with extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and water cooler.

The sitting room with its 36 figurines of the Ottoman Sultans arranged along the mantlepiece, offers a cosy space with a sofa and two armchairs set around a coffee table to from which to relax and take in the views.

Through glass patio doors off the living area, is a terrace with a dining table and 4 chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining plus a swing seat from which you can watch the boats leave and return to the harbour.

At the top of the stairs is a mezzanine with a small sofa and wall mounted TV.

There is also a double bedroom on this level with en-suite shower room and views of the harbour beach and mountains.

The washing machine is situated in a cupboard in this bathroom for guests’ use.

There are two bedrooms on this floor; the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with views of the mountains and Kalkan Bay. There is a step down to the wooden balcony with two chairs and a table from which to enjoy the views to snake and mouse islands.

The second bedroom is a twin with en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony with views of the Old Town and the harbour beach below.

At the top of the stairs under the eaves is a little wooden door leading to the roof terrace. The Jacuzzi plunge pool allows you to cool off while enjoying the fabulous views. There are also two sun-loungers and a parasol, as well as a built-in wooden seating area with cushions – the perfect place to enjoy a sun downer before heading into the Old Town for the evening.
