The villa is accessed down a flight of steps from the street above. Once through the entrance door, the large open plan living area offers plenty of space with two sofas and an armchair spaced around a coffee table together with a wall mounted Smart TV.

The large dining table seats 10 comfortably and sliding doors provide access to the pool terrace with sea views.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine and a water cooler in the cupboard.

A guest cloakroom is also provided on this floor by the entrance door.

The first of the villa’s 5 bedrooms is located on this level. This is a large double bedroom with sliding doors leading out onto a covered veranda. An en-suite shower room is accessed through a frosted glass door. Within the room is an armchair, dressing table with stool and wardrobes.

There are two bedrooms on this floor. The first is a double with dressing area with armchair and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out to a private balcony with two chairs from which to enjoy the sea views.

The second large double bedroom on this floor has two armchairs, dressing table with stool and wardrobes. The en-suite shower room is behind an opaque glass wall. This has a bath with an enclosed integral shower. There is also a separate shower, basin and WC. The room’s private balcony is accessed through sliding doors and is furnished with two chairs from which to enjoy the sea views.

There are two twin bedrooms on this level that share a separate en-suite shower room. Both rooms are under the eaves and have sliding doors to access the roof terrace. This is furnished with two large cushion loungers from to enjoy the fabulous views.

The infinity pool is accessed by a ladder and spaced around it are 6 wooden sun loungers and 3 parasols with small tables. There is also a small integral Jacuzzi with bench and a small ladder to access the water. A further 4 mesh sun loungers are also provided and these can be placed wherever desired.

On the side of the villa is a covered veranda with a free-standing hammock and 3 large lounger bean bags. There is also a large dining table with 10 chairs and a built-in BBQ for al fresco dining.

Beyond this is a large grassed area with everything a child could want!
